Ideal Use CaseAdmins can configure the "What's New" section by selecting data sources, content types, and update intervals. The system automatically sends email notifications to end-users, including external contacts, and tracks interactions for data analysis.

  • Customizable Notifications: Allow admins to configure data sources, update intervals, and recipient groups with a single click.
  • Engagement Tracking: Implement tracking for user interactions on linked pages, increasing OSTIN’s exposure and providing valuable insights.

  • Enhance Engagement: Keep users informed about newly uploaded content related to their specific research presets through timely email notifications.


Ideal Use CaseUsers can subscribe to specific search keywords and receive email updates for new related content. Admins can monitor subscription entries, visualize data, and compare subscription volumes. End-users can customize the frequency of these updates to suit their preferences.
