Personal Reflection
We could have used a linear approach and partnered with supermarkets, but this might have put mothers at a disadvantage, exposing them to consumerist exploitation. Instead, we chose a strategy of "constraining the strong," avoiding the concentration of power and authority in a single participant or organization. These reflections and decisions provided insights beyond what I had during my undergraduate design studies.
Through the Swappy project, I not only improved my design skills but also brought real value and change to users through practical projects.
