Swappy
Personal Reflection
In the Swappy project, I learned to use the right design methods at the right time and mastered design tools without being constrained by them. Through strategic design and critical thinking, we developed feasible activities that brought real change to mothers and deeply understood the core of service design.

We could have used a linear approach and partnered with supermarkets, but this might have put mothers at a disadvantage, exposing them to consumerist exploitation. Instead, we chose a strategy of "constraining the strong," avoiding the concentration of power and authority in a single participant or organization. These reflections and decisions provided insights beyond what I had during my undergraduate design studies.

Through the Swappy project, I not only improved my design skills but also brought real value and change to users through practical projects.
